JMA aluminum Company has a complete set of production processes and mechanical equipment from aluminum profile research and development, casting, extrusion, mold design and manufacturing, surface treatment (oxidation, electrophoresis, powder spraying, fluorocarbon spray painting), thermal insulation profile processing, door and window curtain wall deep processing, etc. It has a complete aluminum profile production chain and complete auxiliary supporting processes, a complete set of process flow and production workshops. The main product varieties are divided into: base material, anodized profile, electrophoretic paint profile, powder spray profile, fluorocarbon paint spray profile, thermal insulation profile, wood grain profile and aluminum alloy door and window curtain wall.
After heat treatment, the mold needs to be strictly inspected for quality. The inspection content covers multiple aspects such as dimensional accuracy, surface roughness, hardness, and internal organizational structure. The use of a high-precision three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine can accurately measure the size of the mold to ensure that it is exactly the same as the design requirements. For the detection of surface roughness, it can be completed by a roughness meter. Any slight flaws may affect the molding quality of the aluminum profile during the extrusion process. Hardness testing is one of the key steps in evaluating the quality of the mold. A Rockwell hardness tester or a Vickers hardness tester is used to ensure that the hardness of each part of the mold meets the standard to prevent the problem of excessive local wear during use.
Before the qualified mold is put into use, it is necessary to install and debug it. During the installation process, it is necessary to ensure that the position of the mold on the extruder is accurate and that each connection part is tight and firm to avoid shaking or displacement of the mold during the extrusion process. During debugging, first perform a trial extrusion at a lower extrusion speed to observe the discharge of the aluminum profile. Check whether the shape and size of the profile meet the requirements, and whether there are scratches, distortions and other defects on the surface. If problems are found, the mold should be adjusted in time, and parameters such as the working belt length and die hole shape of the mold may need to be fine-tuned. During the debugging process, the technicians should record various parameters and problems in detail to provide reference for the subsequent formal production, so as to ensure that the mold can produce high-quality aluminum profile products in a long-term stable working state. At the same time, in the daily production process, the mold should be regularly maintained, the aluminum chips and other impurities on the mold surface should be cleaned in time, the mold wear should be regularly checked, and the seriously worn parts should be repaired or replaced in time to maximize the service life of the mold.
