The responsibility of the industrial aluminum profile assembly department is to carry out self-inspection and inspection based on the drawings, comprehensively control every detail and processing requirement in the assembly process, and assemble strictly in accordance with the requirements of the drawings without any slackness. A comprehensive self-inspection should be carried out on the well-organized industrial aluminum profile products to check whether there are omissions or negligence. The quality control department conducts comprehensive random inspections and careful inspections on products with special requirements.
When all inspections are normal, qualified industrial aluminum products will be sent to the packaging department, where surface cleaning, finishing and packaging are carried out to prepare for shipment.
